sMedio Application Privacy Policy (Smart Save)

sMedio, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our company") has established this Application Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to govern the handling of user information in the application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") linked to this Privacy Policy, and the entire data backup service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") containing the Application as a part of the Service.

This data provided by customers for the data backup and restoration function will be accumulated on our internet servers during the customer's service usage period, but we will not access the contents of customer data without the customer's consent.

If customers contact us through means other than the Application or the Service (such as a web page for inquiries or email), we will refer to and record the contact information and content of the communication.

This information will only be used for responding to the respective inquiries and improving the Service. However, depending on the content, with the customer's consent, it may be shared with our affiliated companies for the purpose of handling the respective inquiries and improving the Service.

D) Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Additionally, the Application may incorporate modules (software development kits, libraries, etc.) developed by companies partnering with us to provide the Application's functionalities, and these modules may collect non-personally identifiable information (such as usage status of the respective module). 4. Collaboration with Services Operated by Third Parties

The Service or the Application is provided to customers through SourceNext Corporation, a sales partner other than us. With the customer's separate consent, we may provide functions that connect and collaborate with accounts for sales, customer support, etc., operated by SourceNext Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "SourceNext"). Regarding the information provided by customers to SourceNext, it is not under our management, and it will be managed and operated based on SourceNext's terms of use and privacy policy. Additionally, with the customer's separate consent, the Service or the Application may provide functions that connect and collaborate with accounts for internet services operated by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "External Internet Services"). Regarding the information provided by customers to External Internet Services, it is not under our management and will be managed and operated based on the terms of use and privacy policies of each respective External Internet Service.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Except in the following cases, we will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent:
